The project
eFootball™ Championship Pro is more than just a gaming tournament, it’s the digital evolution of the social spectacle that captivates millions: football.
This LAN eFootball™ tournament (formerly known as Pro Evolution Soccer) elevates football eSports to a fully professional level, pitting elite players against each other as they represent some of the most iconic clubs on the planet.
In the previous season, the competition brought together eight football giants: FC Barcelona, Manchester United, FC Bayern München, AC Milan, FC Internazionale Milano, Arsenal FC, AS Roma y AS Monaco.
Our role
As an agency, we collaborated closely with Konami to design the tournament’s concept and regulations, ensuring a fair, thrilling competition worthy of the world’s top teams. But our involvement didn’t stop there. We also designed the stages where it all takes place, spaces that are not only functional but also exude the prestige and intensity of a world-class competition.
At AD1, we handle everything that happens off the pitch. From coordinating with clubs and players to managing transportation and schedules, we take care of it all. And when it’s time to share the action with the world, we oversee live production and broadcasting, crafting digital content that captivates audiences.
Even when the pandemic challenged the industry, we adapted by shifting the tournament to an online format. We developed an innovative system to record, broadcast, and manage events remotely, ensuring that the quality and excitement remained uncompromised.
Now, with the return to the offline format, we continue to redefine the standards, bringing a fresh perspective and elevating the experience to new heights.
