The project

In October 2021, the classic game of keeping a balloon off the ground turned into a global showdown: the Balloon World Cup. With competitors from 32 countries and a worldwide audience tuning in via Ibai Llanos’ Twitch channel, this quirky event has marked to many.

Kosmos Studios chose us as strategic allies to make the artistic direction and operations of the event a reality.

Our role

From the first idea to the last applause, we made sure that everything went perfectly.

We worked on the operations and production, taking care of contact with the players, managing travel and transfers, and coordinating with collaborators.

We also created a scenario that was much more than a playing field: it was an immersive experience. In addition, we designed merchandising that flew out of hands (such as balloons).

During the event, we created real-time content for social media, kept everyone on the move, and ensured that every detail was under control.
