The project

At Padel Indoor Gironella, the sport was just the starting point. The tournament was structured in Gold and Silver categories for men and women, each designed to maximise competitiveness. The format was as dynamic as it was strategic: a single set with tie-break in the group phase and two sets plus a super tie-break in the semi-finals and finals.

To complete the experience, the tournament offered food trucks with great food, a live DJ to keep the energy up, a gaming area to relax between matches and a spectacular paella. However, the real star was the implementation of a new format with a mystery box with 40 prizes for winners of each phase, which added an unprecedented level of intrigue and excitement.

Our role

At AD1 we ensured that this tournament became an epic experience. We led the operational planning: from the smallest details to the overall execution.

On the other hand, we took care of the advertising strategy, amplifying the reach and visibility of the tournament, as well as creating and distributing static and audiovisual content for social networks.

The result? An event that put Pàdel Indoor Gironella on the map!
